Terms of Service

Net 30 days on approved credit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact or pre-payment. All applicable taxes extra. Prices and conditions subject to change without notice (Omissions and Other Exceptions)

  2. Late payments may be subject to interest charges
  3. Returned cheques will be subject to $80.00 fee
  4. Custom orders may require a deposit on order
  5. Prices and availability information is subjected to change without notice
  6. All orders shipped are F.O.B. our warehouses.
  7. Delivery charges apply

Shipping company may change due to location
Shipping only in Canada

No responsibilities accepted for late delivery due to freight carrier
To be confirmed at time of placing order

Claims must be received within 10 days of shipment receipt
All returns subject to pre-approval and require a return authorization number (RA#)
Returned shipments without the RA# will be refused by our receiving department.
Re-stocking charges of 20% applicable for returned goods
Custom manufactured orders are not returnable
Products must be returned in same condition as received

Customer will be responsible for return shipping

While we strive to achieve product consistency, variance and deviance may occur due to the nature of textiles as soft goods.
Standard variance and deviance in textile size, color, patterning, texture, luster may be expected and are not considered as defects.
